The next big thing?
The Kiss-Off was formed in 2006 by guitarist Adam De Rosa, bassist Nathan Lithgow and keyboardist/ button pusher Oliver Edsforth.
This line-up was later joined by drummer Michael Resnick and singer Sam Tyndall. After a year of exploration and changes in palate The Kiss-Off has settled on sound deeply influenced by Eno-era Bowie, Echo & The Bunnymen and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but continues to expand their sonic reach and ambition.
Tyndall's stark lyrics are counter balanced by a resonant, often dramatic delivery, which glides on top of BladeRunner synthesizer and Fripp-esque guitar.
The Kiss-Off is releasing their debut six song EP "Brace".
